CLERC helps young people living in Alberta:
• Get information about the law;
• Get legal advice and representation.
Our Mission:
CLERC envisions a society that respects and values children and youth and recognizes them as significant participants in decisions that affect their lives. CLERC's mission is to provide legal support and services for children and youth and to engage in related education and research.
If you need help with criminal matters, contact the Youth Criminal Defence Office
If you need legal help and are already involved with Children's Services contact the Alberta Children's Advocate.

• My parents are separating. Will I have to go to court?

If you live in Alberta and are 19 years of age or younger, CLERC may be able to help you with your legal problems.
